Engineers join a company, a team to grow professionally.
Networking and way of working would be helpful once you settle down the organization, but they are not what grow engineers professionally.
Management people confuse their objective and goals with those of engineers. Engineers are not growing up and making themselves valuable with the same experience and achievement that management people run after.
Engineers should be respected to evaluate their growth in their perspectives and aspirations.
Engineers should grow and become professional regardless of the name of their workplace. Workplace is their environment, not the title of their fame.
Stop nationalism. It requires engineers in a wrong place in wrong time, depriving their opportunity and right to grow in their own way. Stop prioritizing the organizational efficiency if you speak of personal growth. Are you going to do a work that you don't like until you surrender or may like a bit in the future, for the sake of entire organization? No one will, no one should. If we have such job, it's because the job was defined wrong.
Do not ask engineers to sacrifice by having them do wrong work. They may, they would do the work for the salary, but its inhumane. Are you so shameless?
