Disgusting Idea Collection Fair

I wonder if it could be a sort of 'Fair' or something. The company is gathering 'Open Idea' with pressure, assigning a quantity to its employees.
It entitled the name of idea as 'Design To Value', which represents its purpose and goal explicitly. Idea that shows the money.
While looking into the template document the company distributed as a guide line, the main concern it focuses shows up. Money and feasibility. It requires the idea donor to figure the 'span of applicable range for the idea' and to estimate the 'rough measure of financial profit' that the company would get by adopting the idea.

We can do it, but wouldn't do for you idiots. It's your job.

What do the staffs do for their salaries? Aren't all these jobs belong to their working scope?
I really do wonder if you guys have any kind of, any piece of something like conscience?
