Easy way to fix employees

There are many ways to adjust what's wrong in company culture.
The easiest and quickest way is to restrict with stubborn rules as if the employees are teenagers.
It's consequence is inevitably teenagers' revenge, like leaving their job without early notice and handover effort, documentation. This crucially deteriorates the collaborative teamwork and results in losing the royalty of the rest, if any.

Employees are not expense but asset. Employees are not labor provider but the composition of the organization.
Employees are not cattle to feed the company.
