Diversity is not only about the racial background.

In diversity, we live alone, with family, with animal, even homeless.

Assumption on standard living can never see the life in diverse perspective.

We have diversity of income level, favorite food, body smell, har style, English accent.

Those are considered as capability or eligibility only if you are not supporing diversity.

Don't speak out as if you are not hypocrites when you are only interested in diverse outsourcing, not the diversity.

Diversity comes from the respectful mind toward others, therefore cannot be trained like code of act.
