배경: Functional Safety 담당자들끼리 "우리 자체의 진단 수준 표기 레벨이 있고 그렇게 OEM 및 SI 등과 사업해 왔으니, 인증기관에서 다르게 인식하더라도 level map을 작성해 주면 되지 않겠느냐" vs. "모든 인증품들의 기능안전 매뉴얼과 다른 방식으로 작성하는 건 고유 지식 체계가 아니라 그저 매너리즘이다" 논쟁하는 것을 듣고.

defect

An imperfection or deficiency in a work product where that work product does not meet its requirements or specifications and needs to be either repaired or replaced. (adapted from the Project Management Institute [B19]33
