법원이 누군가가 자신의 주장에 대한 증거를 대지 못한다고 해서 처벌하면서 판사 자신들은 애당초 피고의 주장이 틀렸다는 것도 입증하지 못한다면 우리나라의 법률 체계는 심각한 자기 모순에 빠져있는 셈이다.
